Volos was represented by the lawyer, Haris Grigoriou, who, among other things, said:
«Due to the JMC, travel is prohibited, therefore Aris did not ask for tickets. It must be proved whether tickets were available and sold. Such a thing has not happened.
Tickets are sold only electronically. It is provided by the JMC. We had only 40 invitations to PAE Aris, the organizer’s invitations to our VIP fans, as well as 129 electronic tickets until the day of the match with name and AMKA.
The non-sale and non-availability of tickets also results from the police report. It is not enough to have ten yellow and black scarves and some yellow flags. The sale must occur in order for Volos to be responsible.
The ticket offices opened and closed at 10:30 in the morning, when it was realized that a tsunami of Mars fans was coming to the city without tickets.

Aris did not ask for tickets and did not get them and Volos was selling tickets on the day of the match to Aris fans with insignia. There are a lot of tickets in photocopies and I have them with me. All without AMKA, from the terminal of Volos. And it is not for a port. It is in many doors (s.s. brought them).
It is clear and proven: Aris did not ask for tickets and despite that, the home team sold tickets to the away team. So Volos has the responsibility. The disciplinary code is clear.

The president of PAE and mayor of the city, Achilleas Beos, testified as a witness for Volos, who said, among other things:
«They booked the VIPs and threw crackers. And 8 and 10 year old children were crying. They entered in a hurry and without a ticket».
The person in charge of organizing the games of Volos, Mr. Tsitsimpis, said from his side:
«We opened the ticket offices at 10 and closed them directly at 10:30. They must have managed to sell 4-5 tickets. At 16:50 the first shower took place, 100-150 people jumped in and entered, with Mars insignia. They did not have tickets, so they broke the pre-check.
In the 7th-8th minute of the match, the big shower took place, around 400 people with Mars badges, without tickets. Doors and railings were broken. They came to the VIPs and there was a fight. They beat anyone they saw in front of them. There is damage to seats, tiles, toilets, sinks, etc. ”
The former president of the Amateur and a simple fan today, Theodoros Athanasiadis and the general manager of the team, Agisilaos Toumasatos, testified as witnesses for PAE Aris.

«I had an invitation for the match. We went to the box office at 12 instead, asked for 10 tickets and they gave us 10 tickets from the box office. I paid 150 euros out of my own pocket, cash. They did not ask for either a name or an AMKA.
