Maria Klepkou became AEK’s volleyball player on Thursday. The Amateur Union announced the acquisition of the 25 -year -old extreme next year to significantly strengthen the section at the end of the attack and to claim the Volley League title next season.
Klepkou has been competing for the last seven years for the Greek Second Champion, PAOK.

“AEK is pleased to announce the launch of its partnership with Maria Klepkou. The 25 -year -old (13/05/2000) extreme, 1.78 m high, signed her contract and is part of the club’s women’s volleyball team.
Maria Klepkou started the volleyball from the Lagadas team. In 2016 she took the important step, jumping to Ayanta Evosmos’ team, where she won her appearances to PAOK in 2018. For seven years she was a key member of the ‘black and white’.
