He himself told Acpaok.gr: “After 16 years it is time to say goodbye to the team with which we shared experiences, joys, successes, sadness, but above all, beautiful moments! I came to PAOK as a child and, through a journey full of beautiful memories, I was born to be the leader of the team.
I would like to thank the administration and the people we have worked with over the years, and especially Tassos Petridis, who was next to us. I thank Thodoris Hadjitheodorou, as our cooperation has been very successful over the years. It has helped me evolve as a player and achieve important things such as the third place in the club’s history and our historical participation in the Champions League.
