Razvan Lutsescu talked to Dimitris Tsorbatzoglou And the other envoys in the Netherlands, in an interview that will be published in the coming days and are expected to shed light on many aspects of this year’s PAOK. Part of this great discussion had of course had the focus of the Giannis Constantelia.
The Romanian technician, who is renowned for his ability to manage personalities in the locker room, responded honestly and essentially about how he sees PAOK’s 22 -year -old ace after the much -discussed backdrop with the international midfielder.
For many you are the leading coach in personality management. How do you think about handling Yiannis Constantelia’s personality, with everything that has happened this summer?
“When we started preparing, I saw a more mature player. His game has evolved too much. His game is almost perfect. The effort he makes in training and the races is impressive – he plays more for the team. His off -field behavior is also perfect.
We had some discussions – not many, but essential. I’m sure there is no matter anymore. There is no more beautiful for him than understanding what it means to be dear than the world. When you experience this and you really realize it, then you are ready to “die” on the pitch. This is the greatest joy – to be able to pay back the love of the world.
Winning and playing for the world, you make them happy. When is the world happy? When you win and when you try and play for the win”
Do you see a leader on him?
“We do not need to create such a feeling and load him with pressure to become a leader. It’s on the court, what it is. That’s where the conversation ends. We just have to give him confidence.
Make him feel free in his mind to make the right decisions on the pitch. We want to make him feel responsible for the team, play and run the same way even when the team does not have the possession of the ball”
Razvan Lutsescu’s full interview comes in the coming days with revelations about the team, the new season and its protagonists.
