OR Villerban came back from…hell and with him Nando De Colo to lead, prevailed upon her Dubai BC with a score of 85-79making a great turnaround for the 6th matchday of the Euroleague!
The French celebrated the victory, after three consecutive defeats and improved their record to 2-4. On the other hand, Dubai BC, who lost the game in their own hands, fell to 3-3 after 6 matches in the Euroleague
The match started with the two teams going hand in hand in the score without either of them being able to escape. The visitors managed to take a 16-12 lead just before the end of the first period, but despite Villerban storming back to lead 17-16 on a 5-0 run, the visitors finished the first quarter leading 24-21.

In the second period, Dubai BC continued to have the lead, reaching at +6 twice (40-34 and 36-42), but the hosts with a good defense not only managed to reduce the difference, but to go to the locker room with score tied at 44-44.
The French were not able to continue the good image they presented in the last minutes of the first part, as Dubai BC in the third quarter, imposed their pace reaching double-digit differences (48-58 & 52-62). Villerban, although down 59-64 late in the third period, failed to threaten, with Golemacht’s team entering the 4th period with 9 point lead (68-59).

In the last period Poupé’s team made a last attempt to reduce. Villerban came in stronger with the aim of reducing. Poupé’s team not only managed to reduce (76-77), but overtook 79-77 in the last minute of the game, after a three-pointer by the amazing Nando de Colo. The home team kept the lead until the end, reaching one great win 85-79.
Nando De Colo was the top scorer for the winners with 24 points and 5 assists with Watson to follow with 21 points, while for the losers, o Bacon with 22 points and 2 rebounds.
