OR Pilot Introduction of Artificial Intelligence (TN) to Higher Education He was at the heart of the discussion between Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and the leadership of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) during his recent visit to the Foundation’s anniversary booth, as part of the 89th Thessaloniki International Exhibition.

According to an official announcement by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the university is going to become the first in Greece that will okay Artificial Intelligence as a Digital Teaching Assistant in the educational process. This innovation will be piloted by the Law School, utilizing specialized software, with the aim of supporting both teachers and students.

Innovative Digital Assistant at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

Inside the AUTH Exhibition space was presented the teaching assistant based on technology TN. This assistant is designed to answer students’ specialized questions, thereby enhancing interactivity in the educational process. The Dean of the Law School, Prof. Panagiotis Glavinis, presented to the Prime Minister how the digital assistant operates.

Kyriakos Mitsotakis himself tried the assistant’s abilities, asking the question: “When did the Greek troops entered Thessaloniki?”. The digital assistant’s response was immediate and accurate, accompanied by additional information on the historical liberation of the city.
