Anna Moria “Mo” Wilson was shot dead on May 11, with authorities considering Caitlin Marie Armstrong as the main suspect
Armstrong, 34, was accused of killing Wilson after dating 34-year-old boyfriend, with investigators believing it to be a love affair.
On May 17, a homicide warrant was issued for Armstrong.
On the night of the murder, Wilson was staying at a friend’s home in Austin to prepare for a fight, according to an arrest warrant filed by police in Travis County District Court.
Police went to the house shortly before 10 pm and found her wounded by bullets. Her death was confirmed at the scene.
Security cameras showed an Armstrong-like vehicle near the scene of the shooting, according to the affidavit.
The photos and video footage also show a man believed to be Armstrong at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport around 12:30 p.m. on May 14, according to a U.S. Military Service press release.
Armstrong, a real estate agent and yoga instructor based in Austin, boarded a flight from Austin to Houston Hobby Airport and then boarded a return flight to New York LaGuardia Airport, according to the latest news.
