A video of King Charles III’s recent historic visit to Northern Ireland is making the rounds online, exposing the new UK monarch and his royal wife, Camilla.
After the incident with his exasperated gesture to his aides to clear the desk where he was supposed to sit and sign the documents at his coronation ceremony, this time, during his signing of the visitors’ book at Hillsborough Castle it was evident irritated, even getting the date wrong.
In the open-mic video, Charles can be heard saying “oh my god I hate this” (apparently standard protocol). He then hands the pen to Camila, who says in displeasure, “Look, that’s running (the ink), wait.”
The staff rush to help and clean up the royal wife, while Charles exasperatedly says “I can’t stand this damned thing (The pen). What do they do every time!”
Camilla signs while the staff escort the King out of the room.
