“He’s not going to scare us or intimidate us,” the American president said in a speech at the White House

A message to Moscow that the US will defend “every inch” of NATO territory, the American president addressed, Joe Biden in a speech at the White House after Vladimir Putin signed the annexation of four Ukrainian regions earlier today.

As the US president pointed out, Russian President Vladimir Putin’s annexation of parts of Ukraine “is a sign that he is forcing himself”. He also emphasized that America and its allies are not going to be intimidated by him, his reckless words and his threats.

“He’s not going to scare us or intimidate us. Putin’s actions are a sign that he is straining, the fake referendums that he has conducted and this routine, the fake routine that he did this morning, showing unity and people holding hands, well, the United States is never going to recognize this and frankly the world is not going to recognize it either” said Joe Biden.

“He can’t grab his neighbor’s territory and get away with it, that simple. And we will continue our course, we will continue to provide military equipment so that Ukraine can defend itself and its territory and its freedom,” he emphasized.
