“We do not understand the reason behind the purchase of the masks in a color that at first glance would seem incongruous with our forces,” the police union wrote in a letter to the Interior Ministry.
“The market is incomprehensible,” the letter said, adding that after two years of a coronavirus pandemic, it should be easy to buy the right masks. In the future, the masks should only be black, white or blue, the letter concludes.
