The president of Russia Vladimir Putin told his Turkish counterpart Tayyip Erdogan, who is visiting him in Sochi on the Black Sea, that is “open to talks” on the grain export deal, which Moscow pulled out of in June.

“I know you intend to raise the issue of the grain agreement. We are open to talks”Putin said alongside Erdogan.

From his side Erdogan announced upon his arrival in Sochi that will make a “very important” announcement on grain exports after his meeting with Putin.

“I believe that the message we will send during the press conference that will follow our talks will be very important to the worldespecially for African developing countries,” said the Turkish president while attending the Sochi meeting.
