A strange sketch was published on social media by the former president of the USA, Donald Trump which shows him in a Manhattan courtroom with a person who many liken to Jesus Christ sitting next to him.

Trump’s lawyers argued on the first day of the trial that the 77-year-old former US president’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida is actually worth at least $1 billion, rather than the $18 million prosecutors claim.

The former president and 2024 US presidential candidate simply shook his head as prosecutors accused him of “lying year after year” by falsifying property values to get favorable bank loans and tax breaks.

However, Trump later shared a sketch on Truth Social without comment that features a more angelic figure, possibly Christ, at his side.

Dom Lucre, a pro-Trump political commentator with more than 700,000 Twitter followers, retweeted the post and captioned the image: “This is the most accurate court sketch ever. Because no one could get that far on their own.”
