As reported by the Spanish “ondacero.es” Islamic State released a photo showing the four stadiums which will host the match of the first phase of its quarter-finals Champions Leaguethe Tuesday (9/4) and Wednesday (10/4) threatening to attack them during the games!
The post was made by the media Al-Azaim and Sarh al-Khilafah which reproduce the messages of ISIS, while the phrase is written on the photo “Kill Them All”with her “Emirates” in the background Arsenal which hosts Bayern, its “Parc Des Princes”. Paris Saint Germain which will welcome Barcelona, its “Wanda Metropolitano”. Atlético who will face Dortmund and their Santiago Bernabeu Real Madrid which will host Manchester City.
The authorities in those affected by terrorist attackscountries including Spain, England and France, have been notified of these threats and are taking extensive measures to ensure the safety of spectators, players and staff at the aforementioned stadiums.
This threat comes just weeks after the attack in Moscowwhere more than 140 people lost their lives and more than 200 were injured in a massacre claimed by the Islamic State.
Islamic State has made clear on several occasions that it focuses on “soft targets” for its attacks, such as major sporting events.
