The French actor Gérard Departier (Gérard Depardieu) was summoned to appear in court police of Paris and be set under arrest to be questioned about the new sexual assault charges, a police source said.

The categories have been formulated by two womens.

The first one is decorator who was working on the filming of the film Les Volets Verts and accuses the actor of sexual assault on 2021.

The second wife – former production assistant – accuses him of sexual assault 2014while shooting a movie.

The Paris prosecutor’s investigation into the two new charges began in early March after the 53-year-old Les Volets Verts set designer, named Amelie, filed a lawsuit on February 23.

The woman accuses the popular movie star of sexual assault, sexual harassment and sexist insults.

According to a report by Mediapart, Departier allegedly grabbed her by the waist and crushed her breasts before his bodyguards intervened.

“His bodyguards took him away,” Amelie told Mediapart. “He was screaming and laughing to himself. He called out to me: “We’ll meet again, my love.” I was amazed, I was disturbed,” the plaintiff said.

This is the third investigation against the 75-year-old actor. Gérard Departier has been under the authorities’ microscope since 2020, after actress Charlotte Arnoul complained that he was a rape victim in August 2018.

“I have never, ever, abused a woman,” Gérard Departier emphasized in an open letter published on October 1 in the French newspaper Le Figaro.
