The newspaper New York Times reported yesterday Tuesday that the death of a civilian cyclist in city of Bouka from Russian armor fire is evidenced by a video recorded by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of the Ukrainian army and uploaded to its website.
The footage was taken in Bukhara in late February, when the Kiev suburb was still under Russian occupation, according to the newspaper.
The video shows someone riding a bicycle along a road. When it reaches a corner, it gets off the bike and passes it on foot.
As he appears, two armored vehicles open fire in his direction with machine guns. Smoke and dust rise at the point where they throw.

The New York Timesassure that they have been able to independently verify the material. The man’s body was still at the spot where he had fallen dead after Russian forces left the suburb of Kiev, he said.
On Monday, the newspaper published satellite photos depicting the remains of several people on the streets in Bouka in mid-March, before the Russian troops left. However, it is of course not possible to ascertain who killed them from these snapshots.
The images of corpses of civilians found in the suburbs of Kiev have caused international outcry.
Kyiv, Washington and their allies accuse the Russian military of torturing and executing innocent people. Moscow denies this, characterizing the accusations as non-existent and fabricated. US President Joe Biden has said that Vladimir Putin should be tried for war crimes, something the Kremlin has categorically rejected.
