Interruption of AADE applications due to the unification of the Tax Office

In order to further upgrade the operation of the Tax Administration and in order to provide better quality service to taxpayers, the implementation of the restructuring plan of the Public Financial Services (DOU) continues.

Specifically, from 09.05.2022, the Tax Office C ‘Patras, A’-B’ class, is consolidated with the Tax Office A ‘Patras, A’ class, with the first being transferred to the second, which remains and is renamed the Tax Office of Patras.

This means that on 04, 05, 06 and 09.05.2022 the said Tax Offices will be closed to the public and from Tuesday, 10.05.2022, the transactions of the taxpayers, who are subject to these Tax Offices, will take place at the Patras Tax Office, which is located at: Ν.Ε.Ο. Patron – Athens 15, in Patras.

● For all taxpayers:

On Wednesday 04.05.2022 between 10: 00-17: 00, the submission of VAT returns and VIES summary tables will not be available.

● For the taxpayers of the above mentioned Tax Offices:

From Tuesday 03.05.2022 at 23:00 to Monday 09.05.2022 at 12:00, it will not be possible to finalize the Income Tax returns of Individuals of tax years 2015-2020, Foreign Exchange Contribution n.4111 / 2013 of tax year 2020, as well as the completion of the liquidation of E9 declarations for the years 2014-2020.

From Wednesday 04.05.2022 at 10:00 a.m. until Monday 09.05.2022 at 12:00, the following functions will not be available in the application “Debts, payments & returns” of myAADE:

• the payment of the debts of these Tax Offices using payment cards or IRIS.
• the submission of an application for settlement of debts of these Tax Offices.
From Wednesday 04.05.2022 at 10:00 a.m. until Monday 09.05.2022 at 12:00, it will not be possible to make changes to the Register through myAADE concerning the above Tax Offices.
From Wednesday 04.05.2022 until Monday 09.05.2022, the possibility of scheduling appointments through the electronic platform of the application “My Appointments” will be deactivated, while any appointments scheduled during this period will be canceled for the above Tax Offices.

From Wednesday 04.05.2022 the possibility of entering requests through the electronic platform of the application “My Requests” for the Tax Office of Patras will be deactivated.

● Finally, for the taxpayers who are subject to the above Tax Offices, according to no. 1026510/1658/370 / Α0014 / 26.3.2002 (Β΄524) decision of the Minister of Finance:

The deadlines for submission of periodicals, VAT returns, recapitulative statements of intra-Community acquisitions and deliveries and INTRASTAT declarations are extended, if their VAT number ends in a digit, the expiration of which coincides with the day on which the specific tax office remained closed Tax Office for the public. This is followed per working day by the expiration of the deadlines of the taxpayers whose AFM ends in the next digits above.

The deadlines for the submission of all other declarations and payment of taxes, contributions and fees that expire on the day when the tax authorities responsible for closing remained closed, until the working day of their reopening.

The deadline for the payment of the certified debts to the said Tax Offices is extended, during the last working day of the month in which they are made (according to KEDE) overdue until the first working day of their reopening.
