Today, the curtain opens for the World Athletics Championships at difficult times for Europe.
Eleven of the 19 Greek athletes will start their effort in the morning, while seven of them will start their race after 12 midnight.

The Greeks’ program will “close” at 4:55 with their match Tasso Latiflari and his Nikola Skarveli with the shot put qualifier (qualification limit 21.20m).
