Messi burst out: “Opression of the Argentines once again in Brazil – The match comes second”

THE Argentina won with a score of 1-0 Brazil in the “Maracana”, however, this great derby was marred by the tragic events that took place in the stands just before kick-off.

THE Lionel Messiwho led the “albiceleste” to the dressing room as a sign of protest against the behavior of the police towards the Argentine fans, broke out after the match through posting on Instagram and statements about the sad situation, which spoiled a derby celebration.

“This team continues to make history. Big win at the Maracana, although marred by Argentina’s oppression once again in Brazil. This is intolerable, it’s madness and it has to end now.”specifically wrote “Pulga” in a post, while after the match he stated:

“This team continues to achieve historic things. Once more. While it’s not one of the most important things he’s achieved, it’s pretty cool to win in Brazil because of how strong they’ve been at home throughout their history. We needed it after the defeat to Uruguay.

We saw how they hit people, like in the Copa Libertadores final, again crushing people with globs. There were players who had families there. You’re thinking about your family, you don’t really know what’s going on and you’re more focused on that than playing a game. At that point, the race takes a back seat.

We went to the locker room, because it was a way to calm the situation down. We saw how they beat people, it might have been something bad. When everything calmed down we decided to go inside, ask how the relatives are, learn a little about everything. Then we went out.”
