The former candidate for the Republican nomination to be the party’s candidate for the White House in the Nov. 5 election, Nikki Haley, despite her harsh language against former President Donald Trump on the campaign trail, announced Wednesday that she will vote for him.

She explained that she will choose the candidate “who will stand up for our allies and hold our enemies accountable, who will make the border secure — no more excuses — who will stand up for capitalism and freedom,” during a speech in conservative institute.

“Trump is not perfect on these issues. I’ve made that clear repeatedly,” Nikki Haley continued.

But according to her, Democratic President Joe Biden is a disaster. I will therefore vote for Trump,” he added.

At the same time, the former US ambassador to the UN addressed a warning to the former head of state (2017-2021).

Mr. Trump would do well, in her view, to “reach out to the millions of people who voted for me and continue to support me, not to assume that they will automatically align themselves” with him, she said.

The announcement could mark a reshuffle of the right-wing vice-presidential candidate, although Mr Trump said earlier this month that Ms Haley was not among those he was considering. ok on the ballot.
