EL.AS will investigate the family’s complaints about the bowling
Countless tears in the last goodbye of 17-year-old Nicoleta who died so prematurely. The fallen angel is in heaven and may he finally persevere the relevant Metropolis not to read the Gospel.
The decision of the Metropolitan of Petra and Hersonissos has caused a social outcry. There is much furor and fury as it is argued that this attitude is particularly harsh and does not set a good example. The Church had to stand by the family during these difficult times, to support them and give them courage.
Nicoletta was a mischievous and sensitive creature who was lost in the prime of her youth. Such attitudes, unfortunately, drive people away from the Church.
Effervescence prevails in Moho, Stalida and the wider area.
In the meantime, the family may dispute the version of suicide, but for the Police Department of Hersonissos, based on forensics, the case file is classified as suicide.
EL.AS investigation into bullying complaints
At the same time, the Police Department of Hersonissos will conduct an investigation in relation to what has been reported both publicly and in statements by relatives of the 17-year-old, and in particular her sister, that Nicoleta was verbally bullied at school.
These reports concern the behavior of a teacher and some of the girl’s classmates.
In consultation with the competent Prosecutor, directions will be given to take statements and investigate the complaints in relation to the bowling section.
