Baixo Pinheiros won two new restaurants already known in the state capital. Salvi, with a healthy proposal, and Jojo Ramen opened new units in the part of the neighborhood that is closest to Largo da Batata, in the western region of São Paulo.

The houses join other establishments that make up a gastronomic front in the region, near Ferreira de Araújo Street.

A shallow round plate has a portion of food covered with a red sauce. The food seems to be a type of dough or dumpling, decorated with green sprouts and small pieces of onion or herbs. The bottom of the plate is lightly in color, while the table is dark wood, creating a contrast.

Salvi’s new unit is at 70 of Marcos Azevedo, in a house full of plants, with wood furniture and natural light.

The restaurant originates in Santana, the northern region of the city, where it was opened in 2020. It serves healthy food without limitations – in the menu, there are vegan, gluten -free, lactose and low carbohydrate options, but there is also room for alcoholic drinks, desserts and pizza.

The menu goes through breakfast items, brunch and dishes, with salad variations, sandwiches, main, pizzas with long fermentation mass and desserts. All items are served at any time of the day.

For breakfast, the bread of which (R $ 16, five units) is vegan option, made with purple sweet potato. Brunch combos start at $ 46, such as the low carb, with scrambled eggs, crispy Parmesan cheese, coconut yogurt with red fruits, express coffee and soft drink.

Among the main ones is successful the crispy organic tilapia (R $ 55), served with banana puree. The pizzas are Neapolitan and appear in seven variations, such as Diavola (R $ 49), handmade sausage, buffalo mozzarella, healed cheese and caramelized onion.

Salvi also has a executive menu from Monday to Friday, during lunch, which includes dish and dessert of the day for $ 46.

Less than a minute away, is Jojo Ramen’s new unit. The fourth house of the network in the state capital has as its differential the inspiration in the region of Hokkaido, northern Japan. There, the cold climate influences gastronomy, which is known to full -bodied ramens made of ingredients with intense flavors.

In the menu of Jojo Ramen Pinheiros this translates into two exclusive recipes created by chef Meguru Baba. The first is Ebi Misso Mazemen (R $ 90), a ramen without broth – no pasta, the pasta is accompanied by Toripaitan, a creamy chicken and mission -based sauce. The dish also carries pork, cooked egg in perfect point and shrimp, seafood that refers to the cuisine of Hokkaido.

The second exclusive creation of the unit in Pinheiros is the Hotate Shio Butter (R $ 110), with soft broth and thin pasta. The side dishes are pork and vieiras. Those who prefers Jojo’s traditional ramens also find the original menu.

There are still four new entries in the menu. The dumpling known as Wonton (R $ 69) is made steam and stuffed with shrimps and scallops. These also appear fresh and cut into thin blades in the Hotate Yuzu Ussuzukuri portion (R $ 110), served with soy and yuzu sauce (citrus fruit) with avocado.

Inspired by the jagaric dish, from Hokkaido, the chips jagaric cheese (R $ 30) are completed with a layer of melted cheese. And Kinoko Broccoli Batayaki (R $ 61) is composed of Eringui Mushroom and sautéed broccoli in garlic and with soyu sauce.

The selection of sake of the house was made by Yasmin Yonashiro, while the drink letter has a signature of Rodolfo Bob.
